To make sure
you are satisfied with your purchase, returns are excepted within
14 days if they meet our policy requirements.
Underwear are final sale and cannot be accepted
for return or exchange.
Dresses, Tops and Slips are accepted for exchange
or refund. Items must be returned in original condition with tags
still attached. Worn items will not be accepted.
Custom Pieces and Sale Items are final sale. They
will not be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Returning an Online Purchase
When you purchase an item online and wish to return or exchange
it, please follow the instructions below to ensure you receive
an authorization number. An authorization number is required for
the acceptance of a return or exchanges and guarantees the product
was purchased and returned with policy guidelines.
1. Email customer service with your
invoice number and list the items you would like to return.
2. After you receive a confirmation
email, please print it and return it with your package.
3. Ship your package via USPS, UPS,
or Fed Ex with tracking number to:

Once Your order has been received, your purchase will be credited
to your account or an exchange will be made.

Shipping and Handling Options and Policy
US Orders are shipped flat
rate USPS. If you would like to ship overnight or two day, please
email customer service.
International Orders
USPS Airmail $35
All orders will be shipped out 1-2 weeks after order date. Back
ordered items are shipped when they become available. If you wish
to expedite an order please email customer service to see if the
item can be shipped out earlier.
Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable.
